It’s hard to believe that we already have to start thinking about the holidays. Many professional carpet cleaning companies are in the midst of their busy season right now. However, it won’t be long before January hits and the slower months begin. So, now is the time to be proactive. It is hard to do business growth work when you are already busy. However, sending out Christmas/Holiday cards to your customers is a nice way to build customer relations and also build up business for after the holidays.
Each week from now until the beginning of December, do a few cards here and there. By doing smaller loads of cards each week, you are more apt to get through your whole list versus finding time to do them all in one sitting. Stick a gift certificate in each card, and place the cards in a container to hold and mail out later (first of December). These cards not only build better customer relationships, but you are also incentivizing your customers to come back for additional services (hopefully, during your slower months too). 2 birds with 1 stone!
