In our 46 years, our cleaning divisions grew year after year by offering our customers a specialized “Gift Certificate Program.”  This program has created many phenomenal relationships with our customers.  Our gift certificate program is designed to create a Fist Full of Dollars for each and every customer.  These gift certificates have no expiration date, so customers can use these for any of our multiple services whenever they wish.  Our gift certificates are the size of a large postcard.  The gift certificate uses pictures of all the cleaning services we offer.  This creates a visual effect and increases attention to the multiple services we offer.

This is how the program works:  After each job, we give our customer a $10.00 Gift Certificate.  On the back of the gift certificate we print the customer’s name, address, and telephone number.  We then place a special sticker with our company logo & “Thank you for your business” on the back of the card.  The technician signs the sticker.  This sticker & signing process confirms that this gift certificate is valid for the original customer.  We then give our customer six $5.00 Gift Certificates to pass out to friends & family.  We also print the customer’s name, address, and phone # on the back.  (Notice, these postcards do not have the sticker on them).  When a new customer uses a $5.00 gift certificate that was passed to them, we can see who gave them the gift certificate because of the name & address on the back of the card.  We then send the original customer a new $5.00 Gift Certificate with a signed sticker on the back for their own personal use.  So, if the original customer passed out all six $5.00 gift certificates and produced six new referral customers, the original customer receives $40.00 worth of gift certificates they can use on their next cleaning services ($10.00 Original Gift Certificate w/ Sticker, plus six $5.00 Gift Certificates w/ Sticker).  This creates a “Fist full of dollars” for the customer.  As a reminder, we also send a letter with each $5.00 gift certificate we mail the original customer thanking them for their referral and reminding them of their collection of gift certificates they can use at any time.
