Although, it currently doesn’t feel like it, Spring is just around the corner.  March 9, 2014 is Daylight Saving Time.  We spring forward an hour.  This is just another reminder of the busier carpet cleaning season ahead.  You have had some slow time to think about your next business moves.  Are you ready?

Some obvious steps: Are you stocked up on chemicals?  Are you ready to implement your marketing strategy for the year?  Have you printed out your customer newsletters? Are your equipment and tools in good operating order?

However, here are some advanced steps that can be taken to prepare for the upcoming busy season:

1)      Try using some technology to grow your business.  Do you have a Facebook page?  Even better, do you have a website?  If you have a smartphone, download the CleanCraft Mobile App.  All these technological tools have benefits to grow your business.
