Earn rewards on every order!  CleanCraft and CWS-Direct has introduced a new Customer Reward Points program in 2013.  This simple program gives you rewards for doing your normal purchasing from either CleanCraft or CWS-Direct.  It doesn’t matter if you purchase online or by phone.  Customer Rewards are earned on each purchase.  This is our way of saying thank you to all our customers.

You can “Cash-in” your Customer Rewards for credits towards purchases from either CleanCraft or CWS-Direct.  When you want to use your Customer Rewards, just give us a call to place an order and state that you want to use your Customer Rewards.  We will instantly credit your order.  (Redeeming of Customer Rewards can only be done by phone at this time, and you must redeem points at time of order – you cannot redeem for past orders.)

If we have your email address on file, you will receive monthly “Customer Reward Point Balance” emails.  This email will state your balance at time of emailing.  It will also provide you with Specials that give you the opportunity to make extra Bonus Points in addition to your normal Customer Rewards.  Make sure you watch for these monthly emails!
